Historic Mt Vernon home built in 1894. Current owners purchased the house in 1964, and nothing has changed since. Filled with beautiful antique furniture and collectibles along with serving ware, and some everyday household items. There is a detached garage with gardening tools, seasonal décor and more. The house itself is a two story home, but there's only a few items located upstairs. Pick up timing is of the essence, and ALL items must be removed by Thursday, April 11th. Exact address will be given to the winning bidders. PLEASE BRING HELP for loading. We are spread right now and will NOT BE ABLE to assist with furniture or large items.
