All appliances are on working order, no electronics were tested, some computers were turned on and reset to factory defaults as needed. This is the 3rd ONSITE location. Pick up timing is of the essence. This sale's 4 residences are located in Prescott, approximately 1 mile from courthouse. Exact address will be given to the winning bidders. Furniture in nice clean condition (unless otherwise pictured). One building is a single-story small house at street level.
