The second sale of a local residential treatment business that has decided to close and liquidate. All appliances are in working condition. No electronics were tested. This is the second of 3 locations. Pick up timing is of the essence. This sale's house is located in Prescott Valley, in the Granville Subdivision off of Glassford Hill Rd. Exact address will be given to the winning bidders. Beds, sofas, recliners are all in nice clean condition and purchased within the last few years or newer. This is a street level single story house with NO STAIRS. PLEASE BRING HELP for loading large pieces. We will be spread thin throughout the pick up process and will not able to assist with furniture.
