The first sale of a local residential treatment business that has decided to close and liquidate. All appliances are in working condition. No electronics were tested. This is the first of 3 locations. Pick up timing is of the essence. This sale's house is located in Prescott, in the Cathedral Pines area off of White Spar Rd. (Hwy 89). Exact address will be given to the winning bidders. Beds, sofas, recliners are all in nice clean condition and purchased within the last few years or newer. The upper level of this house contains approximately 8 steps to gain access. The lower lever is accessible through the garage and is street level. PLEASE BRING HELP for loading large pieces. We will be spread thin throughout the pick up process and will not able to assist with furniture.
