THE GOOD:  This is a 2-owner vehicle that has not been abused and has been driven by seniors only. Originally purchased by a retired couple and always garage kept. The current owner, also a retiree, purchased the vehicle in 2014 with only 26,800 miles on it. Only recently, due to health treatment needs, has the vehicle received its largest annual mileage by making continual trips back-and-forth from Parks to Phoenix. The engine and transmission are running strong and reliable. Power Windows, Driver's Side Seat with Lumbar Support, Brand NEW (January, 2024) Battery installed, NEW Winter Wiper Blades installed, 6 Disc CD Changer w/ Microsoft SYNC Bluetooth Compatibility, Steering Wheel Media and Phone Controls w/Cruise Control,  Intermittent Wipers, Front Air Bags, Tinted Windows, Sunroof, NEW Ford Power Steering Torque Sensor installed, Fold Down Split Back Seats, Cargo Cover, Ice-Cold A/C, Original Manuals, Both (2) Key Fobs and Driver's Side Code Entry, All Fluids Up To Date, a file folder full of Service Receipts and a FULL Tank of Gas!
I don't what more you could ask for.

THE BAD: There's very little to notate with this SUV - a few cosmetics and only minor mechanics. There is a small star chip in the windshield (repairable without replacement), a small dent w/scratch on the front driver's side fender, one of the TPMS (tire pressure sensors) needs to be replaced as seen in the picture, the gas struts for the rear window need replacing (assume both), the oil pan gasket leaks and needs replacement and the interior has some minimal staining that could come out with the right kind of cleaning equipment. Lastly, there is 175k miles (if that's even bad?) on the engine, however this is a strong running vehicle showing no signs of age mechanically and is ready to go wherever the road takes you.
