THE BAD: No decals on exterior remain (could be good), wall partition separating kitchen/dining from living area has been removed and none of the parts removed were retained. Washer & dryer are no longer present but closet still has vent hole in wall for dryer. Interior wall damage in rear (living room) pop out as shown in pics.
