Home within the Victorian Estates retirement community in Prescott Valley. Everything in this house is meticulously clean and well taken care of. There is mostly household items, furniture and décor along with several useful consumables as she was an avid Costco shopper. There are yard and garden lots, art, bedding and beautiful antique furniture. All appliances are in working condition. No electronics were tested, but they are assumed to be in good condition. There is a deadline for us to be out which is 2pm Thursday the 25th. Any items left behind after that time will have a $20-100 (depending on size) surcharge added to them for removal. If there is no contact from buyer, all fees will be charged accordingly with NO guarantee of the items' availability. This is a street level single story house with NO STAIRS. PLEASE BRING HELP for loading large pieces.
