1. ALL BIDS ARE CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS and all bidders are obligated to honor their bids AS CONTRACTS TO BUY the items involved. 
2. PICK UP DATE(S): Friday Jan 27th 10:00a.m. through 2:00p.m. & Saturday Jan 28th 10:00a.m. through 2:00p.m.**
3. PICK UP LOCATION: Prescott Storage – Downtown Area of Prescott - Text messages will be sent to confirm auction pick up and location address.
4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AS-IS, WHERE IS**
5. AUCTION CLOSE: Invoices are sent via email after entire auction has closed. Invoices can also be found within your auction account.
6. Sniper bids under 1 minute remaining will extend listing for 60 seconds.**
7. The burden of loading items is on you, the buyer. We will do our best to assist if we can but please do not expect that someone will be there to load for you.**
